一。双冬蒸鱼
材料：新鲜鱼一条（450克）、葱花1大匙、冬菇2朵、冬菜2大匙、葱丝1大匙。
调味料：酱油1大匙、糖2小匙、水1/3杯。
做法：
1。鱼打理干净、檫干水分、在肉厚处划上刀痕，放在蒸盘上。
2。香姑泡软、切成细丝。冬菜泡水1-2分钟，冲净沙子，挤干水分。
3。起油锅用2大匙油炒香葱花、香姑和冬菜，加入调味料，煮滚后淋在鱼上。
